Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days within Pakistan, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:
We offer Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure accurate address and contact details when placing your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Delays:
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather, law and order, or logistic issues. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.
